We had a great stay at a very comfortable apartment. the location of Chelsea Luxury Suites was perfect, with a nearby supermarket and a coffee shop on the ground floor. the apartment itself was clean and modern, with good facilities and a full bouquet of entertainment on the television. We felt safe in the building and the staff from the agency were organized and attentive. the cleaner did a great job keeping the place nice, and we appreciated the host staying in touch with us almost every day. It was easy to get an Uber from the location, making it convenient to explore the city. Cons: Not obvious to find.

we had a such wonderful stay in cape town just next door to shops, the v & a waterfront, and the beaches. room was immaculately clean and new-fashioned for us with balcony, large open kitchen, for example. everything was simply perfect. staff was great, tried to answer all questions.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the V&A Waterfront and other attractions, and we always felt safe thanks to the doorman and secure parking. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

The apartment was really cool, it had everything we needed for our stay. I loved the fully equipped kitchen, we could make our own meals whenever we wanted. The balcony had lovely city views, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels kept us entertained during downtime. The bedroom was comfy and cozy, I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with a deep soaking bathtub and complimentary toiletries. It was nice that the apartment provided bed linen and towels for us.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the air-conditioning in the bedroom.

We loved being able to check in early and the comfortable location right in the city center with attentive staff always available.

The apartment was also very secure, with secure parking and situated in a safe area. The check-in staff we met were friendly, professional, and helpful. They were very responsive on WhatsApp, which made organizing the check-in and check-out process easy. we were impressed with the quality of the apartment and the service provided.

We had to input our own details on their website and decide on the pre-payment amount, which included an additional 2.5% charge. The communication regarding the payment process was a bit abrupt and could have been more clear.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the city center. We were able to easily walk to the Victoria waterfront, which was just a 10-minute walk away. It felt safe walking in this area, even in the evening. The hotel had a doorman for added security, and we were able to park our rental car in the garage. The apartment itself was modern and clean, with a spacious open kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. We especially loved the balcony, which had sun until noon. The hotel also provided daily cleaning services during the weekdays. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and location to the V&A Waterfront were all great.
